The formation and development of culinary culture in the archeology of Central Asia

On December 6, 2022, a master class was held for students of the Faculty of History of the National University of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the topic: "Formation and dissemination of culinary culture in Central Asia" by junior researcher of the laboratory "Landscape Archaeology" of the National Center of Archaeology of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan Yusupova Nadira. The lecture included a report on the formation and development of culinary culture in the archeology of Central Asia during the Stone Age.
